Chefs Jacques and Phillipe combine their talents since they opened their doors in March 2008. The coveted Michelin star all restauranteurs seek was awarded only two years later in 2010. Laurie takes care of the restaurant décor and interior while specialist event management is done by Cornelian.
Their labour of love has developed into a down to earth, distinctive and robust style that simply tastes amazing. We combine the love for our adopted country, England with our love for France and excellent food to serve contemporary British food and combine our French cooking techniques to deliver the best French cuisine in England.
When we opened our doors on the magnificent England coast line we knew that we had the prime spot to host elaborate events and we have managed successfully to be one of the loved restaurants that is known for adaptability. We take all our menus and packages very seriously and not only are we guaranteeing excellent standards, but exceptional value too.
